In order to maximise the benefit you will gain from the workshop please
complete the following questions and return them with your booking form:

1) Are you more interested in writing articles, poetry or prose, short stories or novels?









2) How long have you been writing for? Maybe you haven't started
writing yet, but want to - that's fine!










3) What are you interested in writing about and do you have any areas of special interest or expertise 
e.g. photography, gardening, gardening, cookery, sailing, golf etc?












4) Are there any authors or genres that you
particularly like?










5) Please enclose an example of your writing (maximum 200 words).
This may be typed or clearly hand written. Please write your
name on it and attach it firmly to your booking form.
